Eligibility Criteria
• Ottawa resident
• Educational and vocational goals related to the field of mental health AND/OR experience of coping with a mental health challenge
• Demonstrated need for financial assistance
• Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a recognized educational institute
Selection Procedure
A Selection Committee convened by the Hubley family will review each application and select the scholarship recipients.
