Chromebook Issues
Tech Support for Chromebooks and Hotspots

If you have a school Chromebook or Hotspot that's not working, you need to have your parent send an email to the address that follows:


This is what The Client Service Centre needs in order to to service your Chromebook  so include it in your email

Student name
Student email
Asset tag number:  white sticker with "Property of OCDSB" on it
Make of Chromebook:  Lenovo or ACER
Model number:  Usually on the back of the Chromebook but not always
Description of the problem:  include as much information as possible
Address where the Chromebook is located
Contact number, so they can try to troubleshoot over the phone, if possible.

f the Chromebook cannot be repaired remotely, then arrangements will be made to replace it.
