OUAC - ONTARIO UNIVERSITY APPLICATION CENTRE

The Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC) is the centralized application service for applicants to Ontario universities. OUAC is used by those applying to first‑year undergraduate programs (bachelor’s degrees) and to advanced standing in these programs. OUAC serves as an application processing centre only and does not make admission decisions. Each university reaches its own admission decisions. In most cases, if you are a current high school student you will complete a 101 Application.  OUAC sends letters with temporary PIN numbers to the Guidance Department and we issue them to each student. You will need your PIN for use on your application.

There is a $150 fee for your initial application which entitles you to apply for a total of three different programs at two different institutions. There is an additional $50 fee per program application beyond your initial three.

OCAS - ONTARIO COLLEGE APPLICATION SERVICE

The Ontario College Application Service (OCAS) is the centralized application service for applicants to Ontario colleges. You will have to create an account on OCAS which you can use to apply for multiple programs at multiple different colleges. OCAS serves as an application service and does not have input on admissions. Each college makes its own admission decisions.

There is a $95 application fee which allows you up to 5 program choices, with no more than 3 at any one college.

**International students are required to apply directly to their institution of choice.
